New Slideshow Addition to Smithposts....

In the past few days, I have made some adjustments to Smithposts.... Like the new slideshow? Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to shuffle so the show will always open with the same photo unless I go into the sight and change the order. Oh well, I enjoy the process of selecting pictures to add. After 8 years of traveling together, John and I have many great memories in photos.

On the running side of life, another trip to the gym today. Felt great, put in a nice 6 -mile run at a slightly faster than usual pace. For every bad day (yesterday), there is a good day and today was good. I am paying for it tonight, moving like an old woman. Means tomorrow has the potential to be another bad day even with only 3-miles on schedule. I certainly am looking forward to Saturday so I can get off the dreadmill and run outside!
